How to Reactivate Mobile App in Duo
This short guide will explain how to reactivate the Duo mobile app. To do this, you will need access to the “Call Me” function.
Log into a resource that uses Duo. Rather than selecting your push method, click “My Devices & Settings on the left menu:
Select "call me" as an authentication method. If you do not see this option, contact the Help Desk.
Select “Device Options”:
Then “Reactivate Duo Mobile”:
Select the type of mobile device you have:
Confirm that you have Duo Mobile installed on your device or follow instructions to install the application then confirm:
