How to Hide Your Presentation Preview

Once you have started to share your screen you will notice the primary display on your meeting is the content you are presenting. You can minimize this by following these steps:

While sharing your screen, select the “People” icon on the lower right of your meeting

Your name will be listed twice in this meeting. Find the version that reads your name and “Your Presentation” from the list of attendees, the click the vertical ellipsis to enter the “More actions” menu.

In the More Actions Menu, select “Unpin”

If you are in a call with one other person, you can pin their video to the screen if you would like to spotlight them. You will be able to pin up to three videos to your screen.

If you are in a call with more than three users, you can adjust your view to Gallery to have a more classic grid format. Please note, this will show a small preview of your presentation in the Grid.
