Access

Informer is available to full time staff members.  Off Campus access requires VPN. Use standard network credentials to log in (do not include @willamette.edu in the user name) just like with email.

Requesting Access

To request access for an employee, the employee's supervisor should submit a support request. If access should be modeled on another employee, please say who it should be modeled on.

1. Access Request Type in JIRA

2. Submitted by supervisor

3. new employees - name and email address.

4. Specific report URLs to share with the new employee

5. Groups to assign the new employee to

6. If patterning access on another current or former employee, that employee.
