Change or Reset Network Password
Overview
Follow these steps to reset or change the password for your Willamette network account. Your network account credentials are used for access to most university systems, including the WiFi network, lab computers, and Google/Gmail and Microsoft services.

From the university landing page at https://willamette.edu search for “network password” and then click on the “Change Your Network Password” result (direct link: https://willamette.edu/go/password).
If you know your Willamette network account password and wish to change it, click the “Change your network password” button (direct link: https://secure.willamette.edu/services/password/). You'll be prompted to sign in via SSO, and then be presented with our password-change form.
If you do not know your current Willamette network password, instead click the “Reset your network password” button (direct link: https://secure.willamette.edu/newuser/forgotpassword.cgi). You’ll be asked for your Willamette ID number, which can be found on your ID card, and then for other personal details to confirm your identity, before being presented with our password-change form.
Following the on-screen password requirements, select a new password and submit the form. Your new password must be rated “Strong” and both ”New password” fields must match before the “Request Change of Password” button will become active and allow you to submit the form.
