Overview
Docusign is an electronic signature and approval product used by Willamette University, especially in the Accounting Request for Payment Process.
Troubleshooting
Docusign accounts are manually created as business needs dictate.
Did you get a invite email?
Do you see the Willamette header message upon logging in?
If you do not see the Willamette Header, you may have a previously created "Personal" account that uses your Willamette email.
Docusign gets confused when someone has multiple accounts with the same email. You'll want to change the email associated with the "Personal" account to a personal email address. That will allow you to log in to the WU account.
If not, please submit a ticket with the "Access" Issue Type.
